Orders, Shipping, and Returns
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
All in-stock wines purchased at the winery or on winecollective.vin will be processed and shipped within five-business days, unless held for extreme weather. We ship Tuesday through Saturday; the transit time of your order will depend on the delivery address and shipping method. If a shipping method isn’t selected at the time an order is placed, it will ship UPS 2-day air. If you require delivery by, or after a specific date, please ring us at (443) 438-7366 or respond to your order confirmation email.
Federal law requires that a person over the age of 21 sign for all alcohol deliveries, there are no exceptions. To that end, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address or a UPS location. Any missed delivery attempts, re-directs and returns will put the quality of your wine at risk and fees will apply. See below for applicable fees.
All order changes and address corrections requested after a shipment has been initiated will be subject to applicable fees.
To ensure that your wines are delivered in same condition that they leave the winery, we store our wine in temperature-controlled conditions, carefully inspect bottles before they ship and hold shipments during times of extreme weather. If your order is held for weather, we will contact you by email with details and instead ship your order as soon as conditions allow. We ship our wines via UPS.
You will receive an email when your order is in route to the email address provided at the time your order was placed. You are responsible for receiving and reviewing your shipping and delivery details, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list. For maximum visibility and control of your deliveries, we recommend you establish a profile with UPS Delivery Manager on their website.
We ask that you please inspect your TWC delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken in transit please let us know immediately so we may file a claim with the carrier and take action to remedy the situation. Please note that we will be unable to replace broken bottles if we are not notified within 30 days of delivery.
TWC cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside of our reasonable control due to circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier errors, etc.
We’ve learned over the years that even with the highest of quality standards, occasionally bottles are flawed or damaged. If you suspect that something may be wrong with a bottle you’ve received, please let us know so we may help.
We take great pride in our craft and hope to ensure that you always enjoy your TWC wines. If you find that for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the wines you’ve received, you may return any unopened bottles within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, less applicable shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued only once the returned bottles have arrived back at the winery and have passed careful inspection.
Only wines purchased directly from TWC or email@example.com are eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and will be refunded to the original payment method, less applicable shipping and handling fees. Call us at (443) 438-7366.
Orders canceled once a shipment is initiated and shipments refused at delivery will also be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees.
Current shipping rates apply to all shipments from TWC as determined by shipping method and delivery destination.
A $25 return fee will be assessed for eligible returns and missed deliveries.
A $15 handling fee will be assessed for all address corrections, carrier redirects and holds requested after a shipment is initiated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHERE WE SHIP
In compliance with current state laws, TWC's wines ordered in the shop can be shipped to the following states: MD, FL, OH, CA, DC, VA, PA, and NY.
Tax on freight is charged and remitted as required by state laws and regulations.
