A funky twist on our original Viognier, our 2021 Viognier Potelé was allowed to chill a little longer on the grape skins and seeds (a.k.a. "extended lees contact"). This contact gave the wine a complete shift in the palate. Where the 2020 Viognier has strong aromatics, the 2021 Viognier Potelé has a more subtle nose but very complex palate.
